Schönbrunn Palace

I am going to start off my journey with the "biggest" picture in my collection. It's the old palace. called Schönbrunn. Schönbrunn Palace is a former imperial summer residence in Vienna, Austria. One of the most important cultural monuments in the country, since the 1960s it has been one of the major tourist attractions in Vienna. The palace and gardens illustrate the tastes, interests, and aspirations of successive Habsburg monarchs.

  2. We don't have buildings like this in the U.S. Amazing. This was a castle? Somebody lived here? Mind-boggling!

  3. Yes, the Habsburg monarchs lived here. It is mind-boggling. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to make photos inside.
